How false ego enters to our human body ?

False ego enters to our body due to pride and it helps lust to awake ego inside us.

How to prevent entering false ego in our body?

Bhagavad Gita 16.21 says, kāmaḥ krodhas tathā lobhas tasmād etat trayaṁ tyajet (There are three gates leading to this hell–lust, anger, and greed. Every intelligent man should give these up because this leads to the degradation of the soul.
False ego not only corrupts the false leaders but also destroys their consciousness to become a good leader. Which means to follow the path which is in the Law of the Supreme Lord. The whole process is to allow us to develop good qualities, in the replacement of bad qualities. This is one kind of process. The second process is to chant the holy name and helps self to remove our egoist tendency by cleansing self heart. By cleansing our own heart, one can very easily transform the heart into humility. Not just humility, but smartly humble.

How it helps human beings in decision making?

Bhagavad Gita 2.71 says, vihāya kāmān yaḥ sarvān – A person who has given up all his selfish desires for fulfilling the so-called desires of his senses or to gratify. And, who has dedicated his lives to serve the Supreme master of the sense enjoyer -Krishna (godas – means master of senses or The Supreme Enjoyer. For our pleasure and it also means that Supreme Enjoyer to give pleasure to Cows) and that person is devoid of false ego and he can alone attain real peace.

Therefore, leaders can become humble by following the teachings of Bhagavad Gita and the Vedic literature. Candid example from today’s world is – Chattrapati Shivaji, Maharana Pratap, Guru Gobind Singh, Chattrapati Sambhaji and many more. They had built a wise character by following the Vedic literature like Bhagavad Gita and many other Vedic literatures help them to propagate the leaders to our country for our welfare of Bharat Varsh. So, we can also be the leader of our next generation by just following the path of spirituality and develop the consciousness to serve the society in the best possible way.

And so, Bhagavad Gita as it is is the most authentic book to develop good leadership in society and to make ourselves free from lust, anger, greed, ego, arrogant, envy and so on.
This is how by practicing the shlokas of Bhagawad Gita we can transfer us to be a good leader from a false leader. As mentioned above about our real leaders Chattrapati Shivaji, Maharana Pratap, Guru Gobind Singh, Chattrapati Sambhaji even you can achieve a quality to interact with whatever the situation comes in front of you bravely and with a less tense mind.
